Project Works
The longer term nature of project works requires a level of commitment and management that Unifab Welding can be trusted to provide.
Our professional team is suitably experienced in working alongside other trades in a project setting, where the importance of effective communication and workload coordination is paramount. We have the knowledge and experience to effectively coordinate staff and keep to site schedules to minimise downtime and delays, using safe work methods. In addition to performing as a sub-contract company, Unifab Welding is also experienced in working directly under a client or their appointed consultants and overseeing other trades.
Our experience with mechanical installations extends to installation of conveyors, roller mills, silos, air lines, process pipework, equipment and hand railing, fluid bed dryers and platforms. We have also worked on plant relocation from an interstate facility to an existing Perth based facility, involving the strip-out, packaging and transport of equipment and machinery such as blow mould fillers, conveyors, high pressure air compressors, pasteurisers, depalletisers and associated pipework.
On the architectural front, we are proud to have been a part of the Elizabeth Quay development in Perth City. This project involved fabrication and installation of the pedestrian footbridge and ferry berth handrails, fascia panels, kerbing sections and associated components, working closely with a government preferred major construction company’s Project Managers and Engineers, as well as multiple other trades on a bustling and ever-changing site.
